Tuna pasta: Easy recipe
According to the expert, one of the most absurd myths many people believe is that you can't eat potatoes or pasta while on a diet. But high-quality pasta made from durum wheat is actually one of the best and most filling side dishes when you are on a diet.
You will need:
- pasta – 300 g
- tuna in its juice – 240 g
- cream cheese – 70 g
- hard cheese – 20 g
- olives – 30 g (optional)
- salt and pepper – to taste
Total cooking time: 15 minutes. Total portion weight: 1100 g
Preparation method
First, cook the pasta in salted water for 14 minutes.

Next, place the cream cheese, olives, salt, pepper, and tuna in a bowl. Mix everything thoroughly.
