Pavlohrad and Mykolaiv hit by ballistic strikes after drone attacks

Russian forces launched ballistic missile strikes on Mykolaiv and Pavlohrad, causing powerful explosions in the cities, according to the Ukrainian Air Force and Suspilne.
At 04:34 AM Kyiv time, the military reported the movement of high-speed targets toward Pavlohrad.
At 04:39 AM Kyiv time, another launch of high-speed targets was detected toward Pavlohrad, while missiles were also heading toward Mykolaiv.
Suspilne correspondents reported explosions in both cities.

The Air Force confirmed the movement of another high-speed target toward Mykolaiv.
Combined massive Russian attack
On the night of Saturday, September 20, Russia carried out a large-scale combined attack on Ukraine using Shahed drones as well as cruise and ballistic missiles.
Dnipro and Pavlohrad became the main targets of Shahed strikes, with multiple explosions reported in the cities.
Explosions were also heard in Mykolaiv due to drone attacks.
At around 04:33 AM Kyiv time, an air raid alert was declared in Kyiv and the Kyiv region due to the threat of ballistic missile launches.
Meanwhile, according to monitoring channels, a group of Tu-95MS strategic bombers likely launched cruise missiles toward Ukraine.
