During the night of January 11, two drones struck Kharkiv, with both impacts recorded in the Slobidskyi district, according to Ihor Terekhov.

The first strike by an enemy Molniya-type drone was reported at around 01:30 AM.

Ihor Terekhov said the drone hit the Slobidskyi district of Kharkiv.

"The strike hit an infrastructure facility. All relevant services are working at the scene," he wrote.

The mayor did not specify the exact type of facility that was struck.

Information about the second drone impact emerged at around 04:00 AM.

Later, Terekhov clarified that checks confirmed a Shahed-type drone had struck the ground in an open area of the Slobidskyi district.

"No destruction was recorded. There are no casualties," he said.

Attacks on Kharkiv

Kharkiv comes under near-daily Russian attacks, including strikes by attack drones, missiles, and guided aerial bombs.

On Saturday, January 10, a series of explosions was heard in Kharkiv amid a missile threat. Terekhov later confirmed a hit on an infrastructure facility in the Slobidskyi district, as well as missile debris falling near residential buildings.

Subsequent checking indicated a double missile strike on an infrastructure site in the same district.

Earlier, on the evening of January 9, Russian forces also carried out a missile strike on the Slobidskyi district. While no one was injured, the attack hit the territory of a garage cooperative, damaging garages and vehicles, and shattering windows in nearby apartment buildings due to the blast wave.
