According to the European Commissioner, a meeting with EU foreign ministers took place in Estonia, where further support for Ukraine was discussed.
The talks focused on the tough 19th package of sanctions as well as the SAFE credit instrument worth €150 billion to strengthen Ukraine’s defense support.

EU protection of Ukraine's interests
The EU plans to implement its security guarantees for Ukraine in the form of training and civilian missions, which will allow even neutral member states to participate.
EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas announced the intention to send military instructors to Ukraine as part of the EUMAM training mission.
Meanwhile, the European Parliament has filed a lawsuit against the EU Council over the adoption of the €150 billion SAFE defense program without its involvement. Brussels officials have described this as a potential threat of division between EU institutions.
