Russian political scientist, political strategist, and publicist. From 2008 to 2010, he was a speechwriter for Vladimir Putin, who was then serving as the Prime Minister of Russia. In 2022, he moved to Israel, and in 2023, the Russian Ministry of Justice included him in the list of foreign agents.
