JD Vance says Ukraine should not join NATO

US Vice President JD Vance said Ukraine should not join NATO during an interview with 2WAY TONIGHT. He said Washington has no formal alliance with Kyiv and described Ukraine as an admirable country with many amazing people. Vance added that the United States would work with Ukraine on some issues while disagreeing on others. He also said Ukraine should stop attacking Russian energy facilities, apparently referring to oil refineries.
