After meeting with the Servant of the People faction, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced upcoming decisions aimed at ensuring the effective functioning of the Verkhovna Rada during wartime, according to Zelenskyy’s address.

According to Volodymyr Zelenskyy, the meeting with the majority faction touched on various issues, including sensitive ones.

"But the agreement is obvious - everyone must work for Ukraine, and that is how it will be. A parliament in wartime must be an effective parliament. And I thank everyone who helps ensure this effectiveness. And there will be decisions that will support it," the president said.

Zelenskyy stressed that the number-one task now is a constructive diplomatic process with the United States and all partners, as well as stable support for the army and for all planned defence operations and deep-strike capabilities.

"Diplomacy and defence equally protect the dignity of our state and the dignity of our people," he added.
