Zelenskyy reveals total value of 34 U.S. aid packages provided to Ukraine in 2023
Over the course of the year, the United States has delivered 34 packages of military aid to Ukraine, worth over 24 billion dollars, according to the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
"During this year, the US provided 34 military aid packages worth more than 24 billion dollars. "Patriots", "Abrams", armored vehicles, ATACMS, DPICM, air defense, missiles, artillery shells, demining means, and other critical equipment," he listed.
President Zelenskyy also highlighted the historic decision regarding the provision of F-16 fighters to Ukraine.
"We will always be grateful for all this support. To protect freedom and security not only in Ukraine and Europe but also in the United States, we must continue to resist Russian aggression as strongly and decisively as possible," he stated.
The U.S. leadership in a coalition of over 50 countries providing military aid to Ukraine is crucial in countering terrorism and aggression not only in Ukraine but also worldwide, according to President Zelenskyy.
