Effects of sour cream and yogurt on body
Sour cream stimulates appetite and regulates the functioning of the stomach and intestines. It also contains a lot of calcium, which helps strengthen and grow bones, nails, and teeth.
Compresses and masks based on sour cream are used in cosmetology for toning and rejuvenating the skin, improving complexion, and giving skin elasticity.
Sour cream is quite a fatty product and contains some cholesterol, so it is not recommended to overuse sour cream for those who wish to lose weight.
With systematic and excessive consumption of sour cream, fat metabolism disorders may occur, resulting in increased strain on the liver and gallbladder.
On the other hand, yogurt normalizes the microflora of the stomach and intestines, produces lactic acid which prevents pathogenic microorganisms from lingering in the intestines, and suppresses the development of putrefactive microbes, thereby reducing toxicity levels.
This fermented dairy product is excellent for those with gastritis and colitis when the body's enzymes are produced in insufficient quantities.
Natural yogurt is recommended for everyone as it restores strength, improves health, and increases longevity.
