Why you shouldn't wear socks at night

  • wrong material - clothes made of synthetic fabrics do not allow the skin to breathe, which can lead to overheating or vice versa, hypothermia
  • high or tight elastic bands - if the elastic on pajamas or underwear is too tight, it can cause discomfort or even squeezing, which affects the quality of sleep
  • too warm clothes in summer can lead to overheating and problems with comfortable sleep

For a comfortable sleep, it is important to choose loose, soft, and breathable clothing that allows the body to rest without unnecessary discomfort.
