Why Russia uses Shahed drones for precision strikes on cities – Ukrainaian Air Force explains

Russian forces attack Ukrainian cities with drones according to a pre-developed plan, RBC-Ukraine reports, citing the Head of the Communications Department of the Ukrainian Air Force Command Yuriy Ihnat.
"If we look at statistics from past years, they (the Russians - ed.) always have a priority target for Monday - one object, then on Tuesday they shift their focus to another target, and so on. This is all part of their planning. The Defense Forces must anticipate all these strikes," Ihnat explained.
Russian shelling of Ukraine
Since the beginning of the full-scale war, Russian terrorists have systematically shelled Ukraine’s critical and civilian infrastructure. The enemy uses guided aerial bombs, UAVs, missiles of various types, and artillery for their attacks.
The enemy launches drone attacks every night. For example, on the night of March 24, the Russians launched 147 drones against Ukraine. As of 08:30 a.m. Kyiv time, 97 enemy strike UAVs were confirmed shot down. Another 25 Russian decoy drones were lost locally. In the Kyiv region, one person was injured as a result of the attack.
