Today, November 22, the presidents of the Visegrad Group (V4) are holding a meeting in Prague. Among the topics for discussion at the summit of the heads of state of Czechia, Poland, Hungary, and Slovakia is the ongoing military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, reports Visegrad24.

"The presidents of the Visegrad Group countries are meeting today in the Prague Castle today," the message says.

In addition to the issue of Russia's large-scale war against Ukraine, the impact of the consequences of aggression, and increased aid to Kyiv from the allies, the fight against illegal migration was another main topic of discussion between the presidents of the Czechia, Poland, Hungary and Slovakia, Petr Pavel, Andrzej Duda, Katalin Novak, and Zuzanna Chaputova.

The V4 leaders are also discussing the situation in the Middle East and the topic of European Union expansion at the meeting.

In addition, during the morning talks, the leaders of Czechia, Slovakia, Poland, and Hungary planned to consider the issue of financial support for the modernization of their economies, writes Expats.cz.

After the discussion, the presidents of the four countries are expected to take part in a joint press conference, where updated information on the results of the summit organized by the president of Czechia will be presented.

The administration of the Czech president announced the day before that at the meeting they would also raise the issue of the development of projects financed by the Visegrad Fund, cross-border and infrastructure projects, and transport connections between the countries.
