US embassy warns of mass casualty terror threat in Moscow

An incident resulting in a large number of casualties may occur in Moscow, the capital of Russia, on October 31, according to a statement by the US Embassy in Russia.
It is noted that the potential threat concerns the Tsaritsyno Museum-Reserve, located at 1 Dolskaya Ulitsa, Moscow.
The embassy emphasized that the US government is coordinating response measures with the relevant authorities of Russia.
US citizens were advised not to visit the Tsaritsyno Museum-Reserve or approach the area on October 31. They were also urged to remain vigilant and avoid places with large crowds.
Furthermore, US citizens were encouraged to:
- Monitor their surroundings;
- Review their personal security plans;
- Keep mobile phones charged in case of an emergency;
- Carry identification documents;
- Monitor local media reports;
- Enroll in the Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP) to receive safety and health alerts.
Against the backdrop of recent events, the Tsaritsyno Museum-Reserve announced that it had no information regarding the threat.
The reserve continues to operate in its normal mode.

FSB confirms information about the terrorist threat in Tsaritsyno
The service stated that it had received information from the American side about the preparation of a terrorist attack in Moscow.
The service stated that the appropriate work was being carried out.
It is noted that the data was received through partner channels.
Incidentally, it recently became known that three men were preparing a series of terrorist attacks at the TCCs in Kyiv.
A double explosion occurred in Bucha, Kyiv region, injuring two police officers.
Suspects were detained by the police and the Security Service of Ukraine just two hours after the incident.
