Ukrainian forces have advanced in the Verbove area of Zaporizhzhia region, compelling occupiers to abandon some of their positions, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
As reported, the Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled an enemy attack near Robotyne in the Zaporizhzhia region.
"Our forces have advanced in the Verbove area, forcing the enemy to abandon some positions," the General Staff summary said.

Frontline situation
According to the General Staff, there were 57 clashes on the front line in the past day. The defense forces continue to expand their foothold on the left bank of the Dnipro River in the Kherson region.
According to the Institute for the Study of War, Ukrainian forces are engaged in fierce battles with Russian occupiers on multiple fronts. Specifically, the Armed Forces of Ukraine continue to hold their ground on the left bank of the Kherson region and repel Russian attacks near Krynky.
