Ukraine strikes second Yandex data center and oil refinery in Russia

Russia has reported that Ukrainian drones struck a Yandex data center in Kaluga. An attack on an oil refinery was also reported.
Drones attacked Yandex's data center in Kaluga. This is already the company's second data center to come under attack. Yandex says several modules have been completely disabled.
"Some Yandex services may experience disruptions. The full extent of the damage is currently being assessed. Emergency services and company specialists are working at the site. There are no casualties, and people's safety remains the top priority," the company said in a statement.

Earlier, Kaluga region governor Vladislav Shapsha reported that nine people had been injured in a nighttime attack in the region. He did not mention any damage to facilities.
Meanwhile, an attack on the Ukhta oil refinery is being reported in the Komi Republic. The facility produces about 4.2 million tons of oil per year.
On October 8, drones struck Yandex's largest data center in Sasovo, Ryazan region.
Following the fire, Russians began reporting a global outage affecting the company's services.
The Redkino plant in the Tver region was attacked overnight on October 9.
It produces fuel components for Kh-55 and Kh-101 cruise missiles, as well as additives for diesel fuel and aviation kerosene.
