Ukraine's SBU Alpha unit wiped out $5 billion worth of Russian equipment in four years

The Alpha Special Operations Center of Ukraine's Security Service (SBU) has destroyed more than $5.5 billion worth of enemy military equipment since the start of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine,
This was reported by the SBU press service.
According to the statement, for four consecutive months Alpha has ranked among the top leaders within Ukraine’s Security and Defense Forces in terms of the number of Russian vehicles and soldiers destroyed by drones. In the relevant ranking, SBU special forces consistently hold second place.
Overall, SBU special forces have destroyed enemy military equipment worth more than $5.5 billion. This figure includes only confirmed hits.
In particular, every sixth Russian tank destroyed by Ukrainian defenders on the front line is the result of Alpha’s work. The unit has already destroyed more than 1,800 tanks.
In addition to front-line operations, the SBU special unit effectively uses long-range drones to strike enemy targets deep in the rear, including military airfields, warehouses, and oil refineries.
As a reminder, the Alpha Special Operations Center of the SBU has announced recruitment for its air defense team.
