Ukraine's Navy shows how UAVs track Russian infantry and repel assaults
Ukrainian forces continue to defend territories and eliminate Russian occupiers. This time, the Russian troops were tracked down using drones, the Ukrainian Navy reports.
As stated by Ukraine's military, every step taken by a Russian occupier on Ukrainian soil ends the same way - they remain there forever.
"This time, enemy infantry hoped to go unnoticed, but our drone operators promptly detected their landing attempt. And our response is always the same: destruction," the video caption states.
In particular, the enemy was eliminated using British Mastiff armored fighting carriers.
"We thank our partners who understand the importance of timely and effective support. British Mastiff armored fighting carriers in the hands of our warriors become effective tools in the fight against occupiers, enhance our soldiers, and save lives," Ukraine's Navy noted.
Mastiff is a British armored patrol vehicle developed on the Cougar 6x6 platform. Its primary purpose is to ensure crew protection during patrols, troop transportation, or engineering tasks. Thanks to its powerful armor, the Mastiff provides high protection against mines, improvised explosive devices, bullets, and artillery fragments. The vehicle has modern communication systems and can be armed with various weapons, including machine guns or automatic grenade launchers.
Mastiff is actively used in NATO and UN missions in combat zones where protection and mobility are critical. Ukraine received these vehicles from the United Kingdom as part of military assistance. Due to their high reliability and versatility, the Mastiff has become a vital support element for Ukrainian military personnel, especially during operations in high-risk zones.
Earlier, we reported that since the beginning of the full-scale war, Russia has lost more than 755,000 military personnel.
