Overnight on July 24, Russian terrorists launched 107 aerial targets against Ukraine. Strikes were confirmed in 11 locations, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports.

During the attack, the enemy launched:

  • 4 Iskander-K cruise missiles;
  • 103 Shahed UAVs and decoy drones.

The aerial targets were launched from the directions of:

  • Russian cities: Bryansk, Kursk, Shatalovo, Millerovo, and Primorsko-Akhtarsk;
  • Temporarily occupied Chauda and Hvardiiske in Crimea.

The following regions came under attack:

  • Odesa;
  • Mykolaiv;
  • Sumy;
  • Kharkiv;
  • Donetsk;
  • Cherkasy;
  • Zaporizhzhia.

As of 11:30 a.m. Kyiv time, Ukraine's Air Force confirmed the interception or suppression of one Iskander-K missile and 90 Shahed drones across the north, south, east, and center of the country.

Due to the attack, the following was recorded:

  • 13 drones and 3 missiles hit targets across 11 locations;
  • Debris from intercepted targets fell in 6 locations.

Russia's overnight attack on Ukraine on July 24

Since the start of the full-scale invasion, Russia has regularly launched missile, drone, artillery, and guided aerial bomb strikes on Ukrainian territory. Drone attacks have become a near-nightly occurrence.

On the night of July 24, as the Prosecutor General's Office reported, Russia attacked Odesa with over 30 drones, injuring four people. Cherkasy also came under enemy fire.
