US President Donald Trump has sent a letter to his Polish counterpart Karol Nawrocki. The document has already been dispatched to Warsaw via diplomatic mail, RMF24 reports.

According to the media outlet, the White House delivered Trump’s letter to President Karol Nawrocki through the Polish Embassy in Washington. It has already been forwarded to Warsaw by diplomatic mail.

The content of the letter remains unknown.

Karol Nawrocki has already returned to Poland after working visits to Berlin and Paris.

There, he held meetings with German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier, Chancellor Friedrich Merz, and French President Emmanuel Macron.

Talks between Trump and Nawrocki

Last week, Trump and Nawrocki held a phone conversation. The Presidents discussed the Russian drone attack on Poland.

On September 2-3, Karol Nawrocki, together with Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski, paid an official visit to the United States.

During the trip, the Polish leader held talks with President Donald Trump.

The Head of the White House assured that he does not plan to withdraw American troops from Polish territory. Moreover, he even stated the possibility of strengthening the US military presence in the country.
