Terrorist attack at Turkish defense company in Ankara leaves dead and injured
A terrorist attack occurred today in the Turkish province of Ankara at the aerospace company Türk Uçak Sanayii Anonim Ortaklığı (TUSAŞ). There are casualties and injuries, reports Hurriyet.
There was an explosion near the gates of the defense enterprise, after which gunfire started. According to unconfirmed information, a shootout took place between the attackers and security personnel.

A large number of police officers, firefighters, and medical teams have been dispatched to the scene. The company's staff have been sent to shelters.
Journalists have already published a photo, allegedly of one of the terrorists, holding a firearm. The attacker is likely already neutralized.
"A terrorist attack was carried out at the Türk Uçak Sanayii Anonim Ortaklığı (TUSAŞ) facility in Kahramankazan (municipality - ed.) in Ankara. Unfortunately, we have casualties and injuries following the attack," said Turkish Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya.
The Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office has already launched an investigation into the terrorist attack.
