To reduce headache, you can take cinnamon either in capsule form or as an added ingredient to your drinks. As an alternative, you can also rub cinnamon into your skin. Here's how to do it:

  2. Apply to the forehead and leave on for 15 minutes.
  3. After 15 minutes, thoroughly rinse off the cinnamon paste with water.
