Single copy: Unique Ford convertible is up for sale
The 2004 Lincoln Mark X Prototype roadster concept car will go under the hammer soon. The model is based on the 11th generation Ford Thunderbird and is made in retro style, according to Mecum.
Car characteristics
The Lincoln Mark X distinguishes itself with a retro-inspired design reminiscent of classic 1960s models. Turn signals are integrated into the side mirrors for a sleek look.
Narrow taillights and dual exhaust pipes adorn the rear, complemented by a retractable roof. Chrome accents and 18-inch alloy wheels complete the exterior.
Inside, the cream leather interior adds sophistication, featuring two seats and a multifunction steering wheel.
The Lincoln Mark X is powered by a 3.9-liter naturally aspirated V8 engine producing 280 horsepower. It comes equipped with an automatic transmission, cruise control, navigation, and power windows.
Bidding will take place from March 5 to 9.
The seller noted that some features may not function properly as it is a prototype. Additionally, the car cannot be registered for public road use.
