Many people struggle to sleep well at night due to stress and anxiety. However, one man shared his advice for achieving good dreams by doing just one thing before bed.

The exercise to improve sleep is discussed by massage therapist James Moore.

In the video, James demonstrates how he lies on his bed with his head hanging off the edge.

"You started doing this for 2 minutes before bed, and you've had improved sleep, reduced stress and anxiety, less headaches, received sinus congestion, less neck pain, and your double chin because of poor posture is gone," he wrote.

Simply hang your head off the edge of the bed and make a few movements. Repeat for 2 minutes.

He explained that this inverted position helps align the head and spine due to the force of gravity, reduces pressure on the muscles and nerves, and promotes better blood flow, which is crucial for alleviating neck pain.

By letting your head hang in this inverted position, gravity works to align the head and spine, relieving pressure from the muscles and nerves, and thus reducing cervical pain. The increase in blood flow is also a significant benefit.
