Second explosion in Kharkiv tonight, strike reported
An explosion occurred in Kharkiv on the evening of March 31. Prior to that, the Air Force warned of enemy guided aerial bombs being launched into the Kharkiv region.
"Primarily, there was a strike in the city. We are now finding out where exactly. We ask all citizens to stay in safe places," Kharkiv mayor wrote on his Telegram channel.

According to Kharkiv Mayor Terekhov, the strike was near a residential area in the central district of Kharkiv.
"All relevant services and volunteers are working at the site of the strike. Information about the victims and damage is being clarified," he added.

A few hours earlier, an explosion was also heard in Kharkiv. However, there was no information about strikes in the city.
At the same time, it became known that one of the villages in the Zmiiv district in the Kharkiv region came under enemy fire. Five people were injured as a result of the Russian strike.
Usually, Russians strike Kharkiv with S-300 systems, but this week the Russian army struck Kharkiv for the first time using the UMPB D-30 SN guided munition, which is made on the basis of the FAB-250 bomb.
Yesterday, the Russians attacked Kharkiv again with a guided munition. The enemy targeted residential buildings, and two people were injured as a result of the attack.
