Russian troops deploy infantry with new tactics in Kharkiv region
The Russian occupiers are using a new tactic of deploying infantry in the Kharkiv region. To do this, they use small groups, according to the Omega Special Forces Center of the National Guard of Ukraine.
“In the Kharkiv region, the Russians are trying to move between the positions of small infantry groups,” the report says.
But the soldiers of the 2nd separate unit of the Omega Special Forces Center detect such attempts and inflict fire damage with the help of discharges.
Situation at front
Yesterday, July 16, 112 combat engagements were registered in the frontline. Russian troops reduced their activity in the Pokrovsk sector.
In particular, according to the Institute for the Study of War, positional fighting continued in many areas at the front in Ukraine. At the same time, Russian occupants are advancing northwest of Avdiivka.
