In his turn, Fedorov says that a father and daughter - a 35-year-old man and an 8-year-old girl - were killed in the Russian strike on the private sector. Another victim was a 62-year-old trolleybus driver who was traveling along the hydroelectric dam. There were no passengers in the vehicle.

"According to updated information, 20 people were injured," he adds.

The State Emergency Service of Ukraine notes that the dismantling of the destroyed building structures continues. Rescuers are also helping utilities to restore transportation links.

Cranes and tractors are already being used to dismantle the destroyed structures.

At the same time, psychologists are assisting civilians, and volunteers are providing food for emergency and utility workers.
