Russian drone strike hits near recruitment center in Kryvyi Rih, civilians injured

The Russian army attacked the city of Kryvyi Rih with a drone during the day on Monday, June 30. The strike was carried out near the building of the Territorial Recruitment Center, according to the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
"Thanks to the timely security measures upon the air raid alert, it was possible to avoid injuries and losses among the personnel," the statement said.
The military personnel and civilian employees of the institution were not receiving citizens and were in a shelter during the alert.
However, unfortunately, there are injured civilians who were near the site of the enemy attack. Emergency services are working at the scene, and the victims are receiving the necessary assistance.
Attack on Kryvyi Rih
This morning, the Russian army launched several groups of strike drones in the south and east of Ukraine. At first, the Air Force reported the movement of drones in the Donetsk region. Later, the drones were spotted in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
Around 10 am (Kyiv time), explosions were reported in Kryvyi Rih.
According to the head of the Defense Council of the city of Kryvyi Rih, as a result of the Russian attack, three people were injured, including one in serious condition. The latter is already in surgery.
Among the injured:
- a 52-year-old man – in serious condition;
- two women, aged 44 and 54, who received assistance on site. Their condition is satisfactory.
