Russian drone attack results in fire in Kirovohrad region overnight

Ukrainian forces shot down the Russian UAVs in the Kirovohrad region on the night of February 5. As a result of falling debris, there is damage and a fire broke out, Andrii Raikovych, Head of the Kirovohrad Regional Military Administration, reports.
"Kirovohrad region faced another drone attack. In the Kropyvnytskyi district, air defense operated against enemy UAVs," Raikovych stated.
According to the Head of the Regional Administration, drone debris damaged four residential buildings, four outbuildings, cars, and fences. One house caught fire, which was quickly extinguished.
Raikovych also clarified that there were no casualties as a result of the Russian attack.
Night drone attack
During the night of February 5, Russian forces once again launched a drone attack on Ukraine, hitting Kharkiv. Strikes were recorded in the Saltivskyi and Osnovianskyi districts of the city.
As a result of the attack, non-residential buildings, including architectural landmarks and educational institution premises, caught fire. One person was injured.
In addition, damages were reported in the Sumy and Dnipropetrovsk regions following the night UAV strikes.
