Russian occupiers struck Kharkiv late in the evening on January 9. Photos of the aftermath of the rocket attack were posted by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov.

At about 23:00, the Russian occupiers attacked Kharkiv from the territory of Belgorod. The invaders used two S-300 anti-aircraft missiles. The attack damaged a children's health center.

According to Syniehubov, the medical building and the dining room were destroyed, and the center's territory was damaged. Fortunately, there were no casualties.

According to the Joint Forces Operation, over the past day, the occupiers shelled at least 17 settlements in the Kharkiv region.

Yesterday at about 9:30 a.m. in the village of Slobozhanske, Kharkiv district, power line poles were damaged by enemy shelling. Also, after the repeated shelling, the village council building, windows, roof, fence, walls, and the adjacent neighboring building were damaged.

Explosions in Kharkiv

On the evening of January 9, powerful explosions occurred in Kharkiv. The authorities urged residents to take shelter and then reported a rocket attack by the Russians.

Later, the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration reported a strike on a children's health center. At the time of the attack, there were no people on the premises of the health center.
