As of 10:00 PM on January 13, a total of 130 combat engagements were recorded along the front line over the course of the day. The fiercest fighting took place in the Pokrovsk and Huliaipole directions, according to an update from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Russian strikes

The General Staff reported that Russian forces carried out one missile strike and 23 air strikes, using 23 missiles and dropping 47 guided aerial bombs. In addition, Russian forces conducted 5,627 kamikaze drone attacks and 3,073 strikes on positions of Ukrainian troops and populated areas.

Frontlines update

In the North Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions, Russian forces carried out 119 strikes, including nine using multiple launch rocket systems.

In the South Slobozhanskyi direction, six combat engagements took place near Zelenе, Buhruvatka, Prylipka, and Dehtiarnе; fighting is ongoing.

In the Kupiansk direction, Russian forces launched four attacks toward Petropavlivka and Pishchane.

In the Lyman direction, Russian forces assaulted Ukrainian positions nine times near Kolodiazi, Novoyehorivka, Zarichne, Novoselivka, and toward Dibrova, Lypove, and Stavky. One engagement is still ongoing.

In the Sloviansk direction, Ukrainian troops repelled three attacks near Dronivka and Fedorivka.

In the Kramatorsk direction, two attacks were repelled near Stupochky and toward Pryvillia.

In the Kostiantynivka direction, Russian forces launched 13 assaults near Oleksandro-Shultyne, Pleshchiivka, Ivanopillia, Berestok, Yablunivka, and toward Sofiivka.

In the Pokrovsk direction, Russian forces made 30 attempts to push Ukrainian units near Shakhove, Fedorivka, Rodynske, Myrnohrad, Pokrovsk, Kotlyne, Udachne, and toward Filiia and Novopavlivka. Three engagements are ongoing.
According to preliminary data, Ukrainian forces eliminated 38 and wounded eight Russian servicemen, destroyed 17 vehicles, 72 UAVs, two artillery systems, eight communication antennas, and one ground drone, and damaged additional vehicles, UAV control points, and personnel shelters.

In the Oleksandrivka direction, Russian forces attacked eight times near Rybne, Yehorivka, and Solodke.

In the Huliaipole direction, Ukrainian troops repelled 25 attacks near Huliaipole and toward Dobropillia and Varvarivka; fighting continues in some areas.

In the Orikhiv direction, no offensive actions by Russian forces were recorded.

In the Prydniprovskyi direction, Russian forces made one unsuccessful attempt to advance near the Antonivskyi Bridge.

No significant changes were recorded in other directions.

Losses of Russian army

Over the past day, from January 12 to 13, Russian forces lost an additional 950 personnel. Ukrainian Defense Forces also destroyed 51 artillery systems, 145 vehicles, and 933 drones.

Since the start of the full-scale invasion, Russian army losses have exceeded 1.2 million personnel.
