Over the past day, December 13, a total of 154 combat engagements took place along the front line. The highest number of enemy attacks was recorded in the Pokrovsk direction, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

According to the General Staff, yesterday the enemy carried out two missile strikes and 37 airstrikes on the positions of Ukrainian units and populated areas, used 31 missiles and dropped 90 guided aerial bombs. In addition, 5,180 kamikaze drones were used, and 3,176 shelling attacks were carried out against the positions of Ukrainian forces and populated areas, including 32 from multiple launch rocket systems.

The aggressor carried out airstrikes in particular on the area of the settlement of Ryzhivka in the Sumy region.

Missile troops and artillery of the Defense Forces struck three areas of concentration of enemy personnel and equipment.

Situation by directions

In the Northern-Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions, two combat engagements took place. The enemy carried out two airstrikes, dropped four guided aerial bombs, and conducted 135 shelling attacks, including two from multiple launch rocket systems.

In the Southern-Slobozhanskyi direction, Ukrainian troops repelled nine enemy attacks in the areas of the settlements of Prylipka and Vovchansk, as well as toward the settlements of Synelnykove and Vilcha.

In the Kupiansk direction, two enemy attacks took place yesterday. Ukrainian defenders repelled the enemy’s assault actions toward the settlements of Pishchane and Monachynivka.

In the Lyman direction, the enemy attacked 12 times, attempting to break into Ukrainian defenses near Serednie and toward Novyi Myr, Novoselivka, Drobysheve, and Zarichne.

In the Sloviansk direction, the Defense Forces repelled seven enemy attacks in the areas of the settlements of Yampil and Serebrianka, as well as toward Platonivka.

In the Kramatorsk direction, the enemy did not conduct offensive actions.

In the Kostiantynivka direction, the enemy carried out 19 attacks in the areas of the settlements of Pleshchiivka, Kleban-Byk, Rusyn Yar, and toward Kostiantynivka, Oleksandro-Shultyne, and Novopavlivka.

In the Pokrovsk direction, Ukrainian defenders stopped 44 enemy assault actions in the areas of the settlements of Udachne, Kotlyne, Novomykolaivka, Dachne, and toward Sofiivka, Kucheriv Yar, Novo-Shakhove, Sukhetske, Bilytske, Rodynske, Myrnohrad, Pokrovsk, Hryshyne, Molodetske, and Novopavlivka.

In the Oleksandrivka direction, the enemy carried out 16 attacks near the settlements of Verbove, Krasnohirske, Pryvilne, and toward Oleksandrohrad, Oleksiivka, and Rybne.

In the Huliaipole direction, the Defense Forces repelled 19 Russian attacks toward Rybne, Dobropillia, and Huliaipole.

In the Orikhiv direction, the enemy made two unsuccessful attempts to break through Ukrainian defenses near Plavni and toward Stepnohirsk.

In the Prydniprovskyi direction, the enemy did not conduct offensive actions.

In the Volyn and Polissia directions, no signs of the formation of enemy offensive groupings were detected.

Russia's losses in the war

According to the General Staff, since the start of the full-scale war Russia has lost approximately 1,188,490 military personnel.

In particular, over the past day Russian losses amounted to 710 personnel.

Ukrainian forces also neutralized one tank, seven armored combat vehicles, nine artillery systems, one air defense system, 13 missiles, 440 operational-tactical level unmanned aerial vehicles, and 81 units of enemy automotive equipment.
