Russia-Ukraine war: Frontline update as of Оctober 25

As of 4:00 PM on October 25, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported 101 combat engagements on the front, 49 of which occurred solely on the Pokrovsk axis.
Russian strikes
Today, artillery fire from the territory of Russia hit border settlements, including Bobylivka and Kucherivka in the Sumy region.
Frontline updates
In the North-Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions, Ukrainian defenders repelled two Russian attacks. The aggressor also launched three airstrikes, dropped six guided bombs (KABs), and carried out 37 artillery attacks, including one using a multiple rocket launcher system.
In the South-Slobozhanskyi direction, Russian forces attacked Ukrainian positions four times near Vovchansk and toward Kolodiazne and Dvorichanske; fighting continues.
In the Kupiansk direction, five combat engagements took place as Russian forces attempted to advance toward Pishchane and Bohuslavka. One clash is still ongoing.
In the Lyman direction, Russian troops attacked five times near Hrekivka, Serednie, Novoselivka, Zarichne, and toward Drobysheve. The Defense Forces are holding the line; one attack has been repelled, while four are still underway.
In the Sloviansk direction, fighting continues near Yampol, where Russian forces are attempting to break through.
In the Kramatorsk direction, Russian forces did not conduct offensive actions.
In the Kostiantynivka direction, the occupiers attempted 15 assaults today near Oleksandro-Shultyne, Pleshchiivka, Shcherbynivka, Rusyn Yar, and toward Kostiantynivka and Sofiivka. Eight combat engagements are still ongoing.
In the Pokrovsk direction, since the beginning of the day, Russian forces have made 49 attempts to dislodge Ukrainian defenders from their positions near Shakhove, Maiak, Rodynske, Myrnohrad, Novoekonomichne, Chervonyi Lyman, Promin, Balahan, Novopavlivka, Lysivka, Pokrovsk, Kotlyne, Udachne, Molodetske, Novomykolaivka, Filiia, and Dachne. The Defense Forces continue to hold their ground, having repelled 39 attacks.
In the Oleksandrivka direction, Russian troops attacked 11 times near Sosnivka, Oleksiivka, Novovasylivske, Novohryhorivka, Pavlivka, and Zlahoda; one clash is still in progress.
In the Huliaipole direction, Ukrainian forces repelled two assaults near Malynivka.
In the Orikhiv direction, five attacks were repelled near Stepove, Kamianske, and Stepnohirsk. The enemy also carried out an airstrike near Pavlivka.
In the Prydniprovskyi direction, Russian forces made two attempts to advance near the Antonivskyi Bridge; one battle is ongoing.
No significant changes were recorded in other areas of the front.
Russian losses
Over the past 24 hours (from October 24 to 25), Russian forces have lost 910 personnel, 4 tanks, 15 artillery systems, and 359 drones.
Since the start of the full-scale invasion, Russia’s total losses have exceeded 1.1 million troops.
