Russia's losses update: Ukrainian Forces eliminate 660 occupiers
Russia's losses in the war against Ukraine have reached 242,620 military personnel. In the past 24 hours, Ukrainian defenders eliminated an additional 660 Russian aggressors, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
As of July 24, 2023, the overall estimated enemy combat losses are as follows:
- Personnel: 242,620 (+660) individuals eliminated
- Tanks: 4,162 (+11) units
- Armored fighting vehicles: 8,118 (+13) units
- Artillery systems: 4,675 (+17) units
- Multiple rocket launchers: 697 units
- Anti-aircraft missile systems: 452 (+1) units
- Aircraft: 315 units
- Helicopters: 310 units
- Tactical unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs): 3,963 (+5) units
- Cruise missiles: 1,307 (+9) units
- Ships / boats: 18 units
- Military vehicles and tankers: 7,182 (+10) units
- Specialized equipment: 698 (+2) units.
Frontline situation
According to the General Staff, the enemy is currently concentrating its efforts in the following directions:
- Kupiansk
- Lyman
- Bakhmut
- Avdiivka
- Mariupol.
As reported by the Institute for the Study of War (ISW), Ukrainian forces are successfully holding back Russian offensives in the Svatove and Kreminna regions, repelling attempts by aggressors to counterattack in the Bakhmut direction. Additionally, the Ukrainian Armed Forces continue to advance in the southern part of the country.
