We remind readers that North Korean troops continue to support Russian forces in the occupied territories of Ukraine, taking part in demining and other operations. This demonstrates the deepening military cooperation between Moscow and Pyongyang and the extent of North Korea’s involvement in the war.
It should be noted that the temporarily occupied Luhansk region continues to face a severe shortage of water and heating. At the same time, any attempts by residents to improve their living conditions result in threats of fines. Water taps in populated areas remain dry for weeks, and residents of apartment buildings are forced to rely only on the remaining heating fluid from the central heating system.
