Russian losses in the war against Ukraine have already reached 1,014,650 personnel. Ukrainian soldiers eliminated 950 Russians in the past day, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports.

The total combat Russian losses from February 24, 2022, to June 25, 2025, are estimated to be:

  • personnel - about 1,014,650 (+950) Russian troops were eliminated;
  • tanks - 10,9667 (+1);
  • troop-carrying AFVs - 22,885 (+6);
  • artillery systems - 29,569 (+58);
  • MLRS - 1,425 (+1);
  • anti-aircraft systems - 1,188;
  • aircraft - 416;
  • helicopters - 337;
  • UAV operational-tactical level - 42,046 (+131);
  • cruise missiles - 3,388;
  • warships/boats - 28;
  • submarines - 1;
  • vehicles and fuel tanks - 53,084 (+123);
  • special equipment - 3,920.

President Volodymyr Zelensky earlier stated that Russia is keeping 695,000 of its soldiers in Ukraine. In addition, another 52,000 troops are stationed on Russian territory across from Kharkiv and Sumy.

According to the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrskyi, thanks to the Kursk operation, Ukrainian defenders managed to pull away up to 70,000 Russian troops, including North Korean mercenaries.
