Russia's losses in Ukraine as of June 24: +1,200 troops and 198 UAVs operational-tactical level

Over the past day, from June 23 to June 24, the Russians lost another 1,200 soldiers in battles against Ukraine. In addition, the Ukrainian military destroyed 21 enemy artillery systems and 100 vehicles and fuel tanks, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The total combat Russian losses from February 24, 2022, to June 24, 2025, are estimated to be:
- personnel - about 1,013,700 (+1,200) Russian troops were eliminated;
- tanks - 10,966 (+1);
- troop-carrying AFVs - 22,879 (+7);
- artillery systems - 29,511 (+21);
- MLRS - 1,424 (+1);
- anti-aircraft systems - 1,188;
- aircraft - 416;
- helicopters - 337;
- UAV operational-tactical level - 41,915 (+198);
- cruise missiles - 3,388 (+12)
- warships/boats - 28;
- submarines - 1;
- vehicles and fuel tanks - 52,961 (+100);
- special equipment - 3,920.
Frontline situation
As of the evening of June 23, approximately 127 combat clashes were recorded at the front. Russian troops carried out the highest number of attacks, 49, in the Pokrovsk direction.
According to the General Staff, Russian forces were active near the settlements of Luch, Novotoretske, Myroliubivka, Lysivka, Novoukrainka, Novoserhiivka, Vdale, Myrnohrad, Oleksiivka, Popiv Yar, Malynivka, Koptyeve, and in the directions of Shakhove, Volodymyrivka, Molodetske, Serhiivka, and Novopavlivka.
