Russia's losses in Ukraine as of December 27: 920 troops and 27 tanks

Ukrainian Armed Forces have eliminated another 920 Russian occupiers in the past 24 hours, bringing the total losses of Russian military personnel in Ukraine since the onset of the large-scale invasion to approximately 356,670 soldiers. Ukrainian military have also destroyed 27 Russian tanks and 15 artillery systems, according to the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
The overall Russian combat losses from February 24, 2022 to December 28, 2023 are estimated as follows:
- Personnel: About 356,670 (+920) individuals
- Tanks: 5,940 (+27) units
- Armored personnel vehicles (APV): 11,015 (+42) units
- Artillery systems: 8,391 (+15) units
- Multiple launch rocket systems: 935 (+1) unit
- Anti-aircraft warfare systems: 617 (+1) unit
- Aircraft: 329 units
- Helicopters: 324 units
- UAV operational-tactical level: 6,503 (+32) units
- Cruise missiles: 1,620 units
- Warships/boats: 23 units
- Submarines: 1 unit
- Vehicles and fuel tanks: 11,180 (+40) units
- Special equipment: 1,247 (+7) units
Just a day ago, Russia's losses in the war in Ukraine stood at 790 occupiers on the morning of December 27. Additionally, Ukrainian forces had destroyed 14 tanks, 17 armored vehicles, and 2 cruise missiles at that time.
