The Atesh partisan movement detected increased camouflage and security measures at key Russian logistics facilities in Novorossiysk following successful strikes by the Ukrainian Defense Forces on Black Sea Fleet facilities.

During reconnaissance of the territory of the 61st support ship detachment, agents recorded that the Russian military command had gone into a state of heightened readiness. The entire perimeter of the facility was tightly covered with camouflage nets in an attempt to conceal the loading and movement of resources.

Despite attempts to create an information vacuum, abnormally high activity is observed at the base. The intense movement of military trucks and special equipment has led to traffic congestion on the surrounding streets, forcing civilian drivers to bypass the area.

The Russian military has stepped up technical control by installing new video surveillance systems around the perimeter of the facility in an attempt to demonstrate complete security.

Atesh emphasizes that all these measures are ineffective. According to the movement, reconnaissance is ongoing, and information about logistics routes, traffic schedules, and updated security measures has already been passed on to the Ukrainian Defense Forces.

Strike on a submarine in Novorossiysk

On Monday, December 15, the SBU announced that it had attacked a Russian submarine in the port of Novorossiysk for the first time in history.

According to the Security Service, the submarine suffered critical damage and was effectively disabled. They also specified that there were four Kalibr cruise missile launchers on board the vessel.

Later, Ukrainian Navy spokesman Dmytro Pletenchuk said that preparations for the strike on the Russian submarine Varshavyanka were complex and multi-layered.
