Russia revives Soviet military base in Crimea as resistance group spots activity

Russians have become more active near the forgotten Soviet military base in Balaklava, Crimea. Suspicious works and movement of equipment were recorded there, according to the Athesh movement.
Atesh agents conducted a detailed reconnaissance of the Balaklava Bay, where they found suspicious activities on the territory of a forgotten military facility - a former underground submarine base (object 825 GTS).
After the recent demolition of abandoned buildings in the coastal zone, a direct view of the entrance to the adit, where torpedoes and missiles were loaded in Soviet times, has opened up.
Currently, the entrance is free, and the surrounding area has been cleared, which may indicate that the facility is being prepared for reuse.
Agents recorded the removal of barriers and construction debris, the absence of guards near the entrance (which may be a temporary disguise), and activity in some of the nearby premises - some of them may have been mothballed but not abandoned.

According to Atesh, the facility can serve as a shelter for storing ammunition or rapid deployment of maritime drones, as well as a protected command post.
Coordinates of the object: 44.50346, 33.59788.
Atesh continues to monitor military infrastructure in the occupied territories of Crimea.
Any Russian attempts to use old Soviet buildings in modern conditions will not be ignored.
Atesh successful operations
Guerrillas recently destroyed a vehicle belonging to the Russian military and equipped to work with drones and electronic warfare in the Genichesk district of Crimea.
Also, guerrillas discovered weaknesses in the defense of Balaklava Bay in Crimea and conducted a successful sabotage on a new railroad section.
In June, Atesh agents recorded the active movement of the Russian army in the temporarily occupied Crimea. In this way, the Russians tried to simulate the beginning of preparations for the crossing of the Dnipro River.
