Russia openly reveals its plan to force Ukraine to surrender

Russian State Duma deputy chairman Pyotr Tolstoy publicly called for “openly” striking Ukrainian cities to demoralize the population and force Ukrainians to surrender, according to the Telegram channel Mozhem Obyasnit.
On Russia’s Channel One, propagandists stated that more than 20 million people allegedly currently live in Ukraine.
They cynically asked Tolstoy what would happen to them if the country’s territory turned into “scorched earth.”
In response, Tolstoy suggested warning residents of Ukrainian cities 24 hours in advance about impending strikes and allowing them to leave the populated areas.
“Do you think that we are calling for cruelty? And we are calling for demoralizing the public (Ukrainians - ed.) so much that they would come out to meet our troops with their paws raised,” Tolstoy cynically called for.
This is not the first time representatives of the Russian State Duma have made such aggressive statements.
For example, lawmaker Andrey Gurulyov called for “beating the enemy mercilessly, without worrying,” while Andrey Kolesnik spoke about the need to “constantly strike so that they cannot even raise their heads.”
Meanwhile, Rodina party leader Alexey Zhuravlyov previously went so far as to say that it was necessary to destroy half of Ukraine’s population.
