The Russian side reports the launch of serial production of a new unmanned aerial vehicle named Knyaz Vladimir Svyatoslavich, according to a post on the Telegram channel Shablya!

Russia has announced the start of large-scale production of an unmanned aerial vehicle called Knyaz Vladimir Svyatoslavich.
The production is being carried out by the company Ushkuynik, which plans to manufacture these aircraft in large volumes.
It is noted that the development has already been tested on the front lines, enabling it to move to the next stage - serial production.
Design with an unusual wing
The drone’s main feature is its design. The aircraft is equipped with an oval-shaped wing that encircles the copter's body.
This aerodynamic configuration immediately sets it apart from other drones and shapes its flight.
Operating principle and capabilities
Thanks to its design, the drone is capable of performing a vertical takeoff, after which it transitions to horizontal flight, settling onto the wing.
This allows for a significant increase in speed and flight range.
It is reported that the UAV belongs to the category of medium-range strike drones.
It is intended for delivering fast and precise strikes, making it a fully-fledged combat asset in its niche.
