On the night of July 30, the Russian army launched 78 drones toward Ukraine from three directions. Among the enemy UAVs were jet-powered drones, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports.

Russian troops launched 78 strike drones and decoy UAVs from three directions: Oryol, Kursk, and Hvardiiske in Crimea. Aviation, anti-aircraft missile units, electronic warfare units, unmanned systems, and mobile fire groups of Ukraine's Defense Forces countered the attack.

In total, air defense forces eliminated 51 enemy drones in the northern and eastern parts of the country.

The Ukrainian Air Force noted that a distinctive feature of the night attack was the enemy's use of up to 8 jet-powered UAVs in the northern direction.

27 enemy drones hit targets in seven locations. Debris from downed drones fell in two additional areas.
