The mayor of the Russian city of Belgorod has reported an emergency power outage on two streets following an alleged attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. At the same time, the Russian Ministry of Defense has announced the alleged repulsion of an attack on objects within the territory of the Russian Federation, according to the Mayor Demidov of Belgorod and the Russian Ministry of Defense.

"In Belgorod, there is an emergency power outage on Vatutina Avenue and Gubkina Street. Energy workers are already switching to temporary schemes," the mayor wrote.

Meanwhile, the Russian Ministry of Defense reports that on March 23 around 23:00 Moscow time, there was an attempt by Ukraine to attack objects on the territory of the Russian Federation using the RM-70 Vampire multiple-launch rocket system.

They claim that 19 rocket projectiles were destroyed over the Belgorod region using air defense systems.

At the same time as the attack on Belgorod, there are reports of an attack on Crimea. According to reports online, air defense systems are reportedly operating against an enemy missile attack in Sevastopol. Propagandists claim that missiles were allegedly launched across the peninsula from 12 enemy aircraft. There are reports of explosions in Sevastopol, near the Belbek airfield, and in Balaklava.
