Attacks on Russian refineries
Over the past year, Ukraine has been regularly attacking Russian oil refineries. These actions are aimed at weakening Russia's military infrastructure and reducing its ability to supply fuel for military needs. The attacks on refineries also affect the domestic fuel market of the country.
Russia recently reported an attack in the Volgograd region, where another refinery is located.
