India-Pakistan conflict

Last week, militants opened fire on a group of tourists in the Indian part of the Kashmir region, resulting in the deaths of over 20 people.

India believes that the attack was organized by Pakistan, as the terrorists only targeted Hindus, sparing Muslims (Islam is the state religion of Pakistan).

In light of this, both countries have already deployed their military forces to the border. Recently, there was an exchange of fire.

On April 29, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi gave the army "full operational freedom in making decisions regarding the methods, objectives, and timing of the response" to Pakistan for the Kashmir terrorist attack.
