Flourless crepes is a fantastic option for those who avoid gluten or want to try a new twist on a classic dish. Besides, you can enjoy them for breakfast, lunch, or a light dinner, complemented with various fillings, according to the First Culinary Ukraine YouTube channel.

Ingredients for making crepes are as follows:

  • 5 eggs
  • 0.5 liters of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil
  • 6 tablespoons of potato starch
  • 3-4 tablespoons of sugar

Directions:

Start by cracking the eggs into a deep bowl, add sugar, and beat thoroughly.

Next, add starch to the eggs with sugar and mix until there's no lumps. Add oil and milk to the mixture, mix thoroughly again, and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat up a pan, and just before frying the crepes, mix the batter once more. Pour about 1 ladle of batter onto the pan, spreading it evenly all around it.

Fry the crepe on one side until the edges become golden and easily detach from the pan, and flip it to the other side. Fry until golden brown. Enjoy!
