Partisans from the 82nd Motorized Rifle Regiment of the Russian Armed Forces helped disrupt an enemy offensive near Vovchansk, according to the partisan movement ATESH.

"Our sources in the 82nd Motorized Rifle Regiment provided critically important data on the preparation of an enemy offensive in the forest area near Vovchansk. The agents reported the exact coordinates of Russian artillery positions, armored vehicles, and the locations where manpower was concentrated," ATESH stated.

The transmitted information included the locations of firing points, ammunition delivery routes, and the unit rotation schedule.

These details allowed the Ukrainian Defense Forces to prepare their defenses in advance and launch preemptive strikes on enemy positions. As a result, the offensive planned by the occupiers was disrupted before it even began.

In the South-Slobozhanskyi direction, the enemy is trying to create a “buffer zone” in the border areas of the Kharkiv region. The main target of the occupiers remains Vovchansk.

Units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces continue to hold positions on the northern bank of the Vovcha River — in particular, on the territory of the Aggregate Plant.

Earlier, partisans infiltrated the ranks of the enemy army and helped disable a Russian Pantsir-S1 air defense system in the Kherson region.

As a reminder, partisans also conducted reconnaissance of a strategic Russian facility — the 120th Arsenal of the Main Missile and Artillery Directorate (GRAU) in Bryansk.
