American rapper and businessman Sean Combs, known as P. Diddy, allegedly used the murder of Tupac Shakur to intimidate a rape victim, according to the New York Post.
How P. Diddy allegedly threatened the victim
A new lawsuit was filed this week in Manhattan court. The plaintiff, Steve Otis, claims that while working as an escort in 2012, Combs drugged him and sexually assaulted him in a hotel room.
In his accusations, Otis revealed details of the horrific night. Specifically, on the eve of the threat, the rapper allegedly forced him to engage in sexual activity with a woman without protection and in a humiliating manner. Afterward, he allegedly assaulted him.
The lawsuit states that ''Otis continually told Combs to stop, screaming ‘no’ because he was in pain,'' according to the publication.

Afterward, Combs allegedly threatened Otis with death, referencing his involvement in Tupac’s 1996 murder.
“You better not say a word to anybody about this. I’m not f—ing playing with you. If I can get Pac hit, what the f–k do you think can happen to you?” Combs allegedly said.
It didn’t end there. Otis also received a warning in 2014 following a comment on Sean’s Instagram. At that time, the owner of his escort service claimed the rapper was making people disappear.
The man decided to file the lawsuit only after Sean was imprisoned in October last year for sexual offenses.
