On July 5, Black Sabbath will perform the only concert in its original lineup in the British city of Birmingham, where the band was founded.
"Time for me to give back to the place where I was born. How blessed am I to do it with the help of people whom I love. Birmingham is the true home of metal," said the band's leader Ozzy Osbourne.
According to the agency, Ozzy Osbourne, guitarist Tony Iommi, bassist Geezer Butler, and drummer Bill Ward will take the stage. The last time the musicians performed together as a full band was back in 2005.

What you need to know about Black Sabbath
Black Sabbath is a legendary British rock band founded in 1968 in Birmingham. Its classic lineup consists of vocalist Ozzy Osbourne, guitarist Tony Iommi, bassist Geezer Butler, and drummer Bill Ward. Initially, the musicians performed under the names "Polka Tulk Blues Band" and "Earth", but soon renamed themselves "Black Sabbath", inspired by the horror movie of the same name.

Their debut album "Black Sabbath" (1970) and the subsequent "Paranoid" (1970) became fundamental for the heavy metal genre. The songs "Paranoid", "Iron Man" and "War Pigs" became iconic. In 1979, Osbourne left the band due to drug problems, and Ronnie James Dio took his place. Later, the lineup changed frequently, but Iommi remained a constant member.
The band reunited several times, and in 2013 released their latest studio album "13". Black Sabbath's last concert took place on February 4, 2017, in their native Birmingham. They have left a huge impact on the development of metal music and popular culture.
