International Criminal Court judge Tomoko Akane declared wanted in Russia

According to the Russian media, Russia has announced the search for Judge Tomoko Akane from the International Criminal Court (ICC). She is one of the three judges who issued an arrest warrant for Russian dictator Vladimir Putin.
Russian law enforcement authorities have officially put Judge Tomoko Akane on their wanted list. However, the specific charges under which she is being sought have not been disclosed in the information provided by the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs (MVD).
Arrest warrant for Putin
In March 2023, the International Criminal Court issued an arrest warrant for Russian dictator Vladimir Putin. The ICC also issued a similar warrant for Maria Lvova-Belova, the authorized representative for children's rights under the Russian presidency.
Additionally, besides Judge Tomoko Akane, another ICC judge, Rosario Salvatore Aitala, is currently listed in the wanted database of the Russian MVD. Furthermore, Russia's Investigative Committee has initiated criminal proceedings against the ICC prosecutor Karim Ahmad Khan and the judges of the International Criminal Court - Tomoko Akane, Rosario Salvatore Aitala, and Sergio Gerardo Ugalde Godínez.
